We're excited to connect with automotive-related businesses like yours at our shows across Wisconsin. Please be aware that vendor spots are limited, and while we try to accommodate everyone, we may not be able to accept all applications.

EVENT INFORMATION 

• Season Opener Vehicle Showcase & Car Meet – The longest-standing event in our history, This year's Season Opener event takes place on May 11, 2024. While this event is considered our largest for the year, Wisconsin Car Enthusiast Club chooses 10-15 vendors to come out and showcase to thousands of enthusiasts. This event features an indoor showcase section, outdoor meet & greet, giveaways, vendors, DJ’s, and much more. In 2023, Wisconsin Car Enthusiast Club hosted nearly 1,500 vehicles and 8,500 participants during the 4 hour event. If you are looking to become a vendor, this is the event to start out at!

• River Valley Road Rally - A bespoke driving event unlike any other. Inquiries can be sent to info@thervrr.com.

• Midwest Modified – New to this year, Wisconsin Car Enthusiast Club is proud to present to you the first annual Midwest Modified event. Hosted in Shawano, WI this event will feature both a car show as well as a driving/motorsports portion of the event. Featuring influencers from all over the United States, vendors, giveaways, live DJ, and more, this event will be the event of the summer!

• Appleton Takeover Vehicle Showcase & Meet – Hosted at the Wisconsin International Raceway, the Appleton Takeover event is a unique event unlike any other. Vehicles are hosted throughout the pit area while the drag strip is running all day long. This unique automotive experience gathers over 750 vehicles to participate or showcase their car with family and friends. Trophies, vendors, food and family activities are provided throughout the event! 

PAY SCHEDULE & PACKAGES:

Basic Package: $300.00 

• Tent space no larger than 10x10 with the purpose of hosting the listed business.

• 1 promotional vehicle stationary next to the erected tent with the purpose of promoting listed business above. 

• Vector image of business logo (Small) listed on promotional material distributed from Wisconsin Car Enthusiast Club, LLC. 

• Additional business promotion listed on Facebook event page, cover photo, and 1 public post share onto the Facebook group page (65,000 group base.) 

• Ability to promote, sell, giveaway, discount, and advise business products and services to any attendees during the outlined show times. 

Ultimate Package: $550.00 

• Tent space no larger than 30x10 with the purpose of hosting the listed business

•  4 promotional vehicles stationary next to the erected tent with the purpose of promoting listed business. 

• Vector image of business logo (Large) listed on promotional material distributed from Wisconsin Car Enthusiast Club, LLC. 

• Ability to promote, sell, giveaway, discount, and advise business products and services to any attendees during the outlined show times. 

• Only available for (3) vendors per event. 

Additional opportunities in addition to base package: 

• (1) Additional vehicle at booth location | $80 

• (1) Additional post made on behalf of business | $40 

*Additional exceptions may be made for vehicle placement and additional space.*
